Team Bhoo ft T-Gonz - Hatitambwe Idzodzo

TeamBhoo is back with visuals for their track Hatitambwe Idzodzo. TeamBhoo seems to be only hip hop group which is still functioning, award winning groups Few Kings and MMT are now extinct. Zim Hip Hop has been well below par in 2015 with only the exception of a few like Cal_Vin & Gze. TeamBhoo have no competition at the moment and come next awards season the gongs are for them to take, the group awards l mean. So how does Hatitambwe Idzodzo fare ???

The track was produced by resident producer Dj Towers. The instrumental is quite dope, not as iconic as the Hamuko instrumental but it can stand its own ground. The song in overall is well mixed and mastered, the elements of the instrumental are audible and the vocals are clear. Great Job to Dj Towers.

Hatitambwe Idzodzo is about standing your own ground against any haters and competitors. It basically saying "am not that gullible" and outclassing your haters. Schingy was in charge of the bars and he did well. His style of rapping is divisive, some like it and some despise it....for me am still warming up to his rapping style but l liked his verses on this joint. He took some jabs at TCR Boss Stunner on the second verse, with pictures of Stunner's ex Pokello and her current lady Melissa on the wall. The chorus was done by T-Gonz, he did a commendable job...its somehow catchy and provocative at the same time.

The video was made by Rasquesity. The song is gangsta and the video depicts that. The video is well directed, not too much fancy but appropriate for the track. Its great to watch a video that compliments the audio like this one, even for someone who doesn't hear Shona can comprehend the song. This one will also be competing for video of the year come the next Zim Hip Hop Awards except if someone hates on the guys.

Watch and Enjoy the video:
