Video and Track Review : Celscius - Chiedza

Celscius is massively talented, his voice has won over every Zim Dancehall fan. The guy is definitely a one man choir...amazing. This year his stock is rising faster than any other Dancehall Artist, the top two collaborations in Zim Dancehall currently both include Celscius ; Souljah Luv & Celscius - Hatiite & Seh Calaz & Celscius - Sahwira Wangu. He is just that good. Chiedza was released a couple of months back but the video was released yesterday so how does it fare???

The track is on the Sunsets Riddim by TMG Records. Am a big fan of conscious music and  this riddim does it for me, smooth, mellow and awesome. TMG did a great job on the production, even international artists would scramble to voice on this riddim, its sounding very good.

The video was made by Mega Artz and l have to say they also did a wonderful job. The video compliments the song perfectly. Its a fun and engaging video, even the elderly will appreciate it. The quality is standard, the directing is well done. Loving the video, well done to Mega Artz, this will probably be contesting for video of the year at the next Zim Dancehall Awards.

Everything Celscius touches this year is turning to gold. The vocals and message on this track are as awesome as the instrumental. This is a socially conscious tune, Celscius is thanking the Almighty for blessing him. " Chiedza Chiri Pandiri..." meaning the Light of the Lord is upon Me so he knows after his efforts and pain he will make it. He is urging others to work hard because nothing is easy but always remember that the Lord is with you and you will make it.

Mixtape Review : Brythreesixty - Purple Mars

Brythreesixty has finally released his much publicized Purple Mars Mixtape. 2016 is more like a do or die year for him. He has to show if he can compete with the best and in a year dubbed by many as the Year of Zim Hip Hop he is gonna have to put in more work than before. So how does Purple Mars fare?? Will be reviewing my top 4 tracks from the Purple Mars Mixtape and will leave  the others for you the fans and readers to rate!! God Feeling ( Sikelela ) ft J.S.K.X.X.V.I The first thing you hear is the nice laid instrumental which am loving. God Feeling is about feeling like a boss regardless of the current challenges and putting your trust in God. Success starts from within and this track is about having a winner's mentality. In terms of the verses both the guys were in beast mode and they gave superb verses.
