Track Review: Dboi & Sparxx Feat. Tytan - Ndiwayinire

Dboi & Sparxx made my festive season last year, was in Mutare for the holiday and the way Energy was loved in Mutare you couldn't help but love the track also. I remember searching for the track like a crazy person after the festive holiday and after some serious searching I finally found it, (mind you I did not know the name of the artist(s) or track name, just knew the lyrics and tune!). From then I was a big fan of the duo. I'm from Mutare so having someone representing the city made me very proud. Now its summer time again and the guys are back with a new jam!!! Will they be able to keep Mutare and probably Zim dancing again as they did last year??

Dj Tamuka was behind the production on this track, and he did a superb job. Dj Tamuka is definitely the best Afro Beat producer in the country hands down, he has been behind most of the big afro beat jams of 2016 and this track will  add to that list. Love the structure of the instrumental, the bass line is sounding good. The instrumental has this lovely feel good vibe about it. Great work on the production.

Ndiwayinire is purely a summer party song. Its about having a good time, girls wearing bikini's, guys in shorts and loads of drinks.

The guys gave a good performance on the jam. They managed to blend well with the instrumental. The hook is a catchy and sounding good. Tytan also gave a good verse, he blended seamlessly into the song. The vocals are audible and easy to comprehend.

In overall this is a good jam. I can see myself dancing and singing along to this jam on that pool party or that lake outing. Dboi & Sparxx are at their best when singing afro beats, songs like Energy, Hinde bring the best out of them. They sometimes dabble in dancehall, well everyone in Zim is drawn towards dancehall one way or the other but they should invest and concentrate more on afro beat, it will do wonders for them.
