Track Review : DJ Stavo ft Oliver Mtukudzi - Mwedzi Muchena

Kwekwe Hustler DJ Stavo is back again with another jam, this time he switched from featuring SA artists to work with the Legendary Oliver "Samanyanga" Mtukudzi. Dj Stavo has given us club banger's such as Ingoma ft Shota, and Teka Famba ft FB. So will the new song add to Stavo's growing list of hit tracks????

Dj Stavo showed his talent on the production of this one. Working with a legend always make one raise their game and Stavo did raise his game. Love the instrumental, it has some Heavy K kind of feel to it......just awesome. As the song progresses one can hear the Tuku guitar giving the song a great afro feel. This track can give those SA deep/tribal joints a run for their money. I can see Black Motion going crazy performing this jam or Culoe De Song dropping this one on his set...fingers crossed. Great work by Stavo on the productions.

Samanyanga was on duty to give us the vocals and vakuru havapotse. Tuku deliver his signature style of singing and it perfectly complemented the instrumental. The song is about waiting for that rainy day, with the economic, political and social hardships the country is facing the song is about asking when the good times will return. Powerful and amazing.
