Feli has taken the music industry by storm, she has grown so much over the past 5 years. Fortunately for here there was a big gap for a female artist with a mature sound and she came and filled that gap in a massive way. Currently if you are planning a big event Feli will among the first names on that list, her brand has exploded. Another aspect that has made Feli a big name as she is now is that she is very good performer, you will not regret attending any of her shows.  Since she went solo it has been an upward trajectory for Feli, her debut album Izwi was a superb offering, did a review of the album and was greatly impressed and hopes are high for this follow up. So as the whole of Zimbabwe knows by now that King David was once the Jiti trailblazer when he was still being referred to as Baba Harare. He made the switch from secular music to gospel in a move that took many by surprise, given the success he was having in the Jiti genre, he basically revived the genre and for reasons known to him he decided it was no longer the path for him. Many are definitely keeping an eye on him, some rooting for him to succeed and some waiting for him to return to Jiti, time will tell what happens in the future. Currently he is like the poster boy of repentance in Zimbabwe. Bryan K is one of those artists who knows how add that soulful touch to his music. He is also blessed with some superb vocal ability and couple that with some solid guitar playing skills you can easily see that he is quite a package. Given the skillset he possesses one may wonder why he is not as big as you may expect!!??, one big reason I believe stifles his growth is he has never managed to stick to one sound for long, he switches genres quite a lot. I got to know about him when he was largely doing Afro Jazz when he released the super lovely album Nyaya Dzerudo which has tracks such as Usasiyane Neni, Nyaya Dzerudo, Marunjeya . After that he started to move towards a more Afro beats inspired sound starting from the success of Heavy Machine and he stayed on that tip for a some years. Takura is one of the finest artists we have in the nation, I feel he's among that rare breed of artists that just knows how to make good music. Over the years have been in awe of this aspect of him, before you even get what he is singing about the track is just sonically on point, he can sing in a made up language and people will still vibe with it. Over the past few years Takura has opened up about his depression, drug addiction and how it has been affecting his art and passion to create. Over the past couple of years he announced retirement from the music industry about twice and then reversing those decision, a move many felt was just drama so he gets attention. Yes it was him seeking attention but not necessarily for views but for mental and emotional support, for help with the demons he is fighting with.
