Track Review: Tinashe Makura feat. Stewart Allan - Everybody Dance

Tinashe Makura is one of those artists that always invoke some feel good emotions when they get behind the mic. His music is uplifting and leaves a smile on the face of the listener. The first track I heard from Tinashe was Hello,it  won me over and from then I was a big fan of his music. He went on to feature on another superb jam Zvekupenga which was and is still a favourite of many Zimbos. He also released Love & Laughter another lovely feel good jam. He however does not release tracks frequently so when he finally releases, it becomes sort of special. He has now released a new track, and I immediately got to listening. Today will be sharing with you my thoughts and views on the track; Everybody Dance.

The track was produced by Anton Morgan, the guy who produced Zvekupenga and it also inherits the feel good vibe from that jam. The instrumental is bright and it invokes those feel good emotions. The arrangement is done very well. Love the marimba's in the intro and the mbira sound that follows. The guitar work is done very well. The way the track fuses between the different instrumentals (marimba, mbira, bass guitar, acoustic guitar...) is lovely.

The track is just urging people to dance and have a good time. Dance to the drums, smile, laugh and be glad. It's an uplifting jam.

Tinashe Makura gave a good performance on the track, his vocals complement this kind of sound perfectly. Stewart Allan also did well on his part, he managed to blend quite well with Tinashe. Nice collaboration from the artists

In overall this is a lovely jam. It's a happy song and will definitely leave you feeling good. It's one of those tracks you expect to hear as a soundtrack of a movie, those romcoms or animated movies.

What are your thoughts on the track??
